Infrastructure Improvements

• Design and construction of the Louis Thompson Tightline Project, including stormwater upgrades, a new sidewalk, and bike lane

• Renovated Fire Station #82 to meet current code, add sleeping quarters, and improve ADA accessibility

• Completed Inglewood Middle School athletic field improvements to synthetic turf and added other amenities

• Finalized Big Rock Park – South Trail connection and partially opened the area to the public

• Replaced the top pavement layer on a 1-mile-long section of East/West Beaver Lake Drive SE

Community Engagement

• Restarted the City Newsletter to improve communication with residents

• Completed a Citywide Community Survey to guide future decisions

• Established the City’s first Senior Center Program at Beaver Lake Lodge

• Adopted a Racial Equity Commitment and Vision to promote organizational equity and community well-being

• Created a process allowing youth community members to serve on City boards and commissions

• Formed the Sustainability Commission as an advisory body to the Council

Fiscal Sustainability

• Appointed a Fiscal Sustainability Taskforce of community members to assess the City’s financial outlook and offer recommendations
